Marketplace software fees
You may request a refund of Cloud Forge AWS Marketplace software fees within 30 days for a verified technical issue that materially prevents the purchased product from operating as documented.
Excluded charges
AWS and Alibaba Cloud infrastructure charges—including compute, disks, snapshots, EIP/public IPv4, bandwidth, data transfer, DNS, tax, and third-party software—are charged by their providers and are not refundable by CoreNova Intelligence Limited.
Request process
Email support@corenovacloud.com with the purchase/account reference, product, region, AMI ID, deployment date, and redacted diagnostic evidence. Approval may require reproduction or confirmation that documented remediation did not resolve the issue.
